Scope of delivery:
- Operator MDF 30-42-12 KU 400 V/3~ AWG 40.0 mm
- Control unit CS 320 400 V/3~ in CS standard housing with 3-series push button and LC display, connection cable with CEE plug 5-pin red
- Cable set with connection terminals and cable bushings in control unit and operator, 5,000 mm
Operator – Features:
- Gerollte Schneckenwelle
- Notbedienung über Nothandkurbel "KU" (1-seitig) oder "KU-KU" (2-seitig bis 420 Nm & 12 U/min) oder Nothandkette "KE"
- Einfache Umrüstung von Kurbel auf Kette
- Integrierte Fangvorrichtung, lage- und drehzahlunabhängig, wartungs- und verschleißfrei, integrierte Dämpfung
- Pendelfußlagerung
- Versorgung: 230/400 V/3~/50 Hz
- Thermoschutz in der Motorwicklung
- Für Toranlagen mit überdurchschnittlichen Schaltungen ist ein Antrieb mit erhöhter Motor-Einschaltdauer (HD) zu wählen.
- Steckbare Anschlüsse
- Endlageneinstellung über elektronischen Absolutwertgeber (AWG) oder mechanische Endschalter (MEC)
- Ausführung mit externer Steuerung, kombinierbar mit umfangreichem Steuerungsprogramm. Versorgung: 230/400 V/3~, Frequenz: 50/60 Hz, Steuerspannung: 24 V-DC
- Bei Erhöhung der Abtriebsdrehzahl (Betrieb mit Frequenzumrichter) reduziert sich das Abtriebsdrehmoment. In diesem Fall gilt: Eine Erhöhung der Abtriebsdrehzahl um 10 % verursacht eine Reduzierung des Abtriebsdrehmoments um 5 %.
- Sonderausführungen wie weitere Spannungen und Frequenzen, unterschiedliche Abtriebsdrehzahlen, höhere Schutzarten und Hohlwellen-Ø auf Anfrage
- ATEX-Ausführung lieferbar (siehe Kapitel "Antriebe für explosionsgefährdete Bereiche")
- Für Temperaturbereiche unter -20 °C gibt es geeignetes Öl und eine Elektroheizung auf Anfrage
